| I think it was British made. A mining colony on a distant planet.
Malcontents from earth are dumped there as labor. An underground
group is trying to rebel. The manager maintains his authority
with the help of humanoid robots. The plot was difficult to follow.
The scenes were filmed very dark. The weapons carried by the robots
were thinly disguised m-16's. The robots were people wearing silver
colored masks and worn army fatigues. The management decides to
replace the workers with robots and kill them rather than ship them
back to earth. If you really want to see it, rent it or go to
a budget matinee. I don't think it is golden turkey quality.
Silver maybe. The one good scene was when the hero is fighting a
bounty hunter on one of those huge trucks used in open pit mining.
It's moving at the time. Never seen that in a film before.

If the film is the one I'm thinking of ( well the plot's the
same, but that doesn't mean anything ); then it was _definately_
Australian.
It was also awful/unbelievable and not enjoyable.
