I just finished rereadind Three Hearts, and Three Lions
by Poul Anderson. It's an excellent book and it has a "defender
of Earth" type theme. Moorecock also has "defender" type themes
in some of his books. I'm sure there are others out there also
using that theme. But, I was wondering what book was the first
to carry the "D.O.E." theme??
