For anyone who's interested, here is the list of Nebula Award nominees for this year. The awards are voted on by the members of the Science Fiction Writers of America, and are presented at their annual banquet (usually in April). When I find out the winners, I'll post them as a response. I'll also post the Hugo nominees, when they become known. The information is from the March 1985 SCIENCE FICTION CHRONICLE. Look at all the Ace Science Fiction Specials on the best novel list! That's a real tribute to Terry Carr, the editor of the series. I've read all the Specials that have come out so far, and while some are weak, none are dull. /jlr

re:.-1 Ah, there are only *two* Ace Specials on the Best Novel list. Hardly enough to justify the word "all". I suspect that you actually mean "Look at all of the Ace Special *authors* on the list", since a couple of the nominees in the short fiction categories have had novels published as Ace Specials --- namely Lucius Shepard and Michael Swanwick. --- jerry
