994.0. "dnet_conn() Insufficient Network Resources" by VMSNET::S_VORE (Smile - Mickey's Watching!) Wed Feb 12 1997 15:50
Got a customer with 4.1b who's trying to get echo2.c working. He's got
both client & server end compiled, got the object defined on the server
end, but when he runs the client end, it dies on the dnet_conn() call
with Insuffieient Network Resources. Where should one (who isn't
really that familiar at all with network programming) start with trying
to figure out what's missing?
