I've followed the procedures and go the internal use only
kits and paks.
Works fine on Digital UNIX V4.0B (Rev. 564).
Complains on early PTmin releases (Digital UNIX V4.0D)...

What do the U/A Perf Advisor/Collector kits really work for?
Why so finnicky about *which* V4.0 version? This won't really
help us engineers who need to stay at current revs of the
Operationg Systems....

| We now have extended license PAKs for this software. Please contact
Marijane Beaudet prior to April 30, 1997 to get a new PAK. Be prepared to
give her your DTN FAX number.

| POLYCENTER Beta SW for Internal Use

We have taken the POLYCENTER software that CA currently has in Beta (field
test) and placed that software on the Digital network. According to our
contract with CA, this software can only be used for internal use within
Digital. These beta products require a beta LMF PAK that is included as
well. As other POLYCENTER software products go to beta, we will be adding
to this list.

you the license PAK, and provide you with a hardcopy of the release notes and
installation guide if you require it.
