261.0. "Version 3.1" by NNTPD::"[email protected]" (Pierre MUSY) Wed May 28 1997 08:49

Hi,

A customer of mine moved from DUNIX 3.2G to DUNIX 4.0B.
He was using Performance Advisor Collector and Peformance Advisor with
license and maintenance contract. When the version 3.1 will be delivered ?
Since 4 months he can't run Performance products due to DUNIX V4.
When CA does deliver the update for such customer ?
Should my customer get new licenses ?
Thanks for a quick answer.
Pierre

I have a customer in the same situation, and some more information.

Which implies that it should be out by now.

As the previous caller asked though -
do CA send out updates if the customer has an update contract??

If not when can they expect digital to provide it for them?
