    Have a customer running V4.1b Netview on V4.0b dunix and V7.something
    of Oracle.  They want to write an application that allows them to
    input either a node name or node address and get back information about
    the system from Oracle db.  
    
    They are trying to do a multi-table join and are saying that they can't
    find similar values for nodeclass and interfaceclass to make this work.
    
    I don't know anything about Oracle and have only played with Access to
    have very limited knowledge of relational databases so any help will be
    greatly appreciated.
    
    Does anyone know of values that would satisfy the customer request and
    if so where to find them in the documentation.  He is saying that the
    docs do not appear to list all values in the tables.

    Is this Orcale system running SAP R/3 by any chance?  There are SAP R/3
    SNMP agent software available that will allow R/3 to dump app events
    to the R/3 SNMP agent which in turn dump info to NETview.
