| Please put the EXACT text of ALL the messages in here.
I have found the number of incorrectly approximated messages, and
ignored secondary messages, to be (a) truely horrendous, and (b)
ussually the source of 90% of the confusion.

Amen! As a technical support resource, it is most frustrating
when someone comes and says "it doesn't work", you can't make
it break, and they can't give you more information.
Full error messages in the right order (or a session list)
usually give most help-type-people all they need to know.

Thanks for the offers. Beleive me, I know all about getting the
exact message text. I'm still trying to run it down. The problem
occurs so sporadically, it's hard to catch....
