    The last couple of mornings this file has been access-locked, probably
    by somebody(s) COPY'ing the file.  This rude behavior can be prevented
    by changing the protection on the file so that world-access is denied,
    but with an ACL to allow the notes server access.  Any hacker should
    be able to figure out how to do this (:^).  The owner (moderator?)
    of this file will need to do this.

	Indeed... but education is the ultimate answer in either case, not precluding COPY(/share) of the file, for those ocassions when it is appropriate...
