Check out note 48 in HUMAN""::SYS$NOTES:LAWS.NOT.  The discussion concerns
an assertion that the DEC legal department has recently decided that DEC
owns all of your hacks, contrary to popular assumptions in the corporate
culture.  The case under discussion concerns whether or not someone in the
AI group can post a program of his for the Macintosh to a bboard.
