One can likely patch in the debugger bootstrap and the breakpoint.

| I don't think that will work. DCL is not activated like a normal
image... so I doubt you can get the debugger image activated. Which
is why DELTA is linked into the image.

Dave, 'I want one of those!!' .. Really! Could you mail me such a beast ?
(for Alpha V7.1 or V6.2; doesn't matter which) I know this is
"cheating", but, at least I'll feel that my weekend spent (fruitlessly)
desk-checking the source listings and peeking around with SDA wasn't
totally miss-spent.. :):) Of course I'll forward the bug details to
you when I find it..
