    Hi,
    
    My customer is writing some application which require to make changes
    to routine on the ethernet controller. They are customizing their
    application using x25 to send/copy messages between OpenVMS Vax and
    3'rd party ticketing machine. I am wondering whether we can get a copy
    of the API/library routine for our PCI ethernet controller.
