Are there any known data corruption problems with the DE450-CA board running Windows 95? Reason I ask is that I recently swapped my DE205 board for a DE450-CA and since that time have discovered that after opening files transferred from my notebook to the desktop system, the applications crash and often hang the system. Not all files seem affected, only larger (>500K). If I transfer the same file via floppy from system to system the application will open the file correctly. I am using the latest DE450 kit off the web. Any suggestions welcomed. I will remove the DE450 and put back the trusty DE205 to see if the problem disappears.

There are no known data corruption problems with the DE450 with the latest drivers. The problem reported in .0 is being worked outside of this conference, to determine what is really happening here. Janice |
