What perfect Christmas weather we had in the northeast... for horse
people that is! My ring unthawed completely, and I had a great ride.
This NEVER happens in December, Santa must have been thinking of us
without indoor rings this year. What a perfect gift!
I hope you all had a Merry Christmas too!

It was more like April than December! Wouldn't it be nice
if this weather just stayed around for, say, the next 3
months....
I rode inside on Saturday, and the rain on the roof was LOUD,
but at least we stayed dry (mostly) and I bought some Christmas
treats for Rookie, which made him pretty happy.

I'm just getting in to read some of these notes and came across this one - the two previous are written around Christmas an no one can believe it's so warm, and no snow - well...it's now Feb 1, and we *STILL* have no snow on the ground! I'm amazed! Today was supposed to get up to 45 degrees - but I wouldn't know being inside the office all day. (sad face here!) I'm just waiting for 6 feet to dump on us all at once! -julie | |||||
