I've been taking English ridding lessons in Chelmsford for the past
three months and I really enjoy it. I would like to be able to just
go and ride and on weekends however they have lessons all weekend and I
can't just go an borrow someones horse. Does anyone know of a place
where you can take a horse out be yourself? Most places offer trail
rides by I would like to just stay in a ring?

Mindy,
I know at the stable where I take lessons, you can take out a
school horse and schedule a ride in the ring for $20.00 vs the
$30.00 the lesson cost.
Did you ask your stable if this is possible. Tell them you just
want some extra pratice on your own and see if they can work
something out for you? If your a reg' customer, I'm sure they
could work something for you

HI. Thanks for the advice. I've as my instructor and she has agreed to
let me take a horse out on Sundays when there aren't any lessons.
