I don't have the paragraph in front of me, but the farm bureau issues a
bulletin and one of the paragraphs contains a blurb about a MA law that
states, Manure and odor from livestock canNOT be considered a
nuisance!!!
And that people should send copies of it to new neighbors and their
Board of Health.
Since my new neighbor has complained so much I have to move one of my
horses...I'm sending a copy to the Board of Health and the Board of
Appeals in town.
I'm planning on xeroxing the paragraph and will send to anyone
interested.

Manure is not a health hazard in MA but, it has to be kept
50 ft from the property lines and any water (streams etc).
I keep the smell down by using lime on it..
