I am going into the sales training program at the the end of this month April 23 through May 9 and in June from 6/11 through 6/23. Naturally this training schedule as well as DECworld is going to put a real cramp into my riding and showing schedule. So while I am in Boyleston, MA training I would like to find a barn and a trainer that I can take some lessons with so that I can keep in shape. I find that if I don't ride at least a couple of times a week I tend to regress. I ride hunt seat and show as an Adult Amatuer 3' to 3'3". I have my own horse, a TB, who is for the most part is a very safe ride and I would like to find a trainer with the same type of horses to ride and who works with Amatuers. I'll have a car at my disposal so I don't mind driving distances. So if anyone has any names phone numbers or ideas for me please give me a call at DTN 431-2946 or 216-765-2946. Thank you! Check with Stepping Out Farm in Littleton MA. They take a limited number of students that don't have their own horse to work with. - I'm not making myself clear, try again - They have to 'practice' horses that they give lessons on to students who don't have or can't bring their horses there for lessons. There is a large contingent of adults who ride with them. I'm one. The number is 508-486-9575. The other place that might help you out is Pegasus Farm in Westford MA. I don't have that number but information will. Nancy |
