| I have been taking Centerseat but am open to learn Saddleseat, eventing
and hunting. The only stipulation I have is to find an instructor who
takes riding serious enough to discuss technique and style but is also
a pleasure rider and can explain this new area and all its equistrian
facilities, trails, shows, etc to me so I can become acclimated.
Thanks again,
Eve

| HI!
Where in Monument are you?
Susan Deeds is a hunter trainer out of Castle Rock (Winsome Farms)
and she's execellant!
Karen Goodell is a hunter trainer out of Colorado Springs, but
she does travel to Monument each week. She's the best I've had
yet and will really work to whatever your needs are......However,
I thought she was only going to Pinewind. Mary Jo, do you
know if this is the only place in Monument she visits?
I do have friends that ride saddleseat, but I dont know who their
trainer is....From what I hear, there isnt much in the way of
saddleseat around the Springs. Perhaps Denver might offer more.....

Most of the Arabian trainers in the area could help out with
Saddleseat. Pam King at BARA is EXCELLENT.
I can't remember all the places Karen goes in Monument. I'll check.
If you are working in Denver, there are lots of places in the Parker
area to check out. Like the Dennehys', Ben Wade, Canterbury for
hunters. Then there are loads of Arabian and/or Saddlebred folks for
Saddleseat training. Martin Cockriel is right on 83 south of Parker.
