974.0. "Back in the Saddle Again" by ASD::WIMBERG () Wed Jun 14 1989 15:40

    Hi, I'm back in the saddle and I'm so glad!!!

    I donated my 20 year QH/TB mare to Mount Holyoke college last fall
    and I've been horseless until 6 weeks ago. (By the way, Moccasion
    got her picture in the Chroncile, May 26th issue. They had the national
    collegiate finals at Mount Holyoke and Moc gave a ride to the winner of
    the novice equitation on the flat. She is not named in the picture but
    that's her. She looks great, doesn't she)

    Anyway, new horse, new stories. My new horse is a 8 year old QH/TB
    gelding. Rose grey, 16.2 hands and lots of personality. He was a field
    hunter for the last two years, so he has been doing some training the
    last 6 weeks to get him show ring ready - gotta get those flying
    changes working. I'm so excited - first show, the Stow Women's Club
    Benefit Horse Show. That's June 26th on the Digital grounds off of
    Route 117 in Stow.

    Oh yeah - His name is Daniel (show name Cumberland Gap) and we'll be
    the ones who can't stand still.

    Could you give a little more info on that Stow Women's Club Show?
    In particular, are there any dressage classes, what time of day?
    Thanks.
