| I had already read the note you point out, but it's not the same
situation, my customer is not using a program where demands decnet
info.
The message appears in the screen without using decnet, he just has it
in the machine. That's what he says.
Thanks for the info.

| You might check the daemon.log file for related messages. I'm
wondering if "CA" might refer to "Common Agent" -- Vince

| The messages that appear at daemon.log are:
Feb 2 19:46:47 cpdes dnascd[7554]: Connect from 40.16::uic=[0,0]root
for application cml under daemon
Feb 2 19:46:47 cpdes cml[7554]: main (0): call to CMIP_Listen failed,
status=585
Feb 2 19:46:47 cpdes dnascd[355]: Process exit (PID 7554), status 1
They appear continously, may be this helps.
Thank you,

This means that someone on node 40.16:: is doing management
commands to CPDES. So the customer saying in .0 that they
are not using DECnet/OSI is not quite true.
Have the customer talk to the system manager on 40.16:: and
ask them what commands they are doing .....
