Hi Lars:
there is no easy way to convert directories to ver 2. There is little
additional overhead for version 1 directories. We suggest that you
leave them as they are.
On the access right questions one looks like a superset of the other.
If this is not causing a problem then ignore it.
You should be filing an IPMT for the browser if its really a problem.
