Its darn near impossible to get anything out of CA... I IPMTed a request for the info for another system type over a month ago and have had no response yet. Please use your IPMT problem managers if you are not getting timely response from CA. Here in the US we have to supply this information in CHAMP when we do an IPMT so we know who the problem manager is. Jilly | |||||
