| I've seen a nuber of your notes in the generic POLYCENTE conference and
that is the conference that will have that information at this time. As
always you or your customer are free to contact CS or their web site
www.cai.com.
Your customer can get an early shipment now if they *must* have it
otherwise it will ship in May I believe.

| Jilly, thanks for that.

Yes we get a lot of polycenter queries here in the European Call
center, but 2.12 of NOTED::POLYCENTER refers to here, so thats why I
put it in here.
Contacting CA can be hard work. Do you have any contacts for this
product there?

| With only a small amount of digging ie DIR in the POLYCENTER conference I
came up with 787.18 which should answer your questions easily. Also see
825.0 for information on ordering for those customers that *must* have it
now.

2403.5 | Just trying to sell the software, y'know | MKTCRV::MANNERINGS | | Thu Mar 27 1997 04:24 | 18 |
| re .3
Thank you for that information Jilly, I misunderstood your previous
reply. In fact, I had done a dit/tit=decps in the polycenter notes
conference. However, as DECPS has its own dedicated notes conference, I
not unreasonably assumed that that is where I should look ! :-))
Please note that we take calls here in several different languages from
around the globe about each and every Digital and NT based software
product, plus the products of all our partners.
That is quite a lot of products. While we are used to the
enormous subtlety of the information architecture which the enginnering
function has developed over the years, there are always new surprises.
Thank you again for your help.
