Please refer to NOTED::POLYCENTER topic 787. In .-1 I wrote

Now I doubt the above answer. And this kind of service must be categorized 
as "FM service" in POLYCENTER topic 787. Following is the excerpt

>outsourcing, systems integration and similar services under which the service
>provider undertakes the operation of any CA products on behalf of one or more
