Conference noted::coasters

Any word on when the new coaster will be completed?  Also, what are the 11
parks the season pass is good at?  Sounds like a great deal....my Dad told me
the passes are $42...he lives about 15 minutes from Riverside, in fact I
worked there one summer while I was still in High School.

We're going to Six Flags in N.J. in one month, but we'll definitely make a
trip to Riverside this year!

    The COASTER moderators, Bill Buckley & John Reaume can probably give
    you more up-to-date info, but last I heard the new Riverside coaster is
    scheduled to open Memorial Day weekend.

    Oh, Lola, I'm forgetting a couple, but Premier runs the following parks
    in addition to Riverside (Agawam, MA), Adventure World (Largo, MD),
    Geauga Lake (Aurora, OH), Wyandot Lake (Columbus, OH), Frontier City
    (Oklahoma City, OK), White Water Bay (Oklahome City, OK), Darien Lake 
    (Syracuse, NY), and Great Escape (Lake George, NY area).

    What this means is -- if you buy a Season Pass to RIVERSIDE, that pass
    will allow you access to ANY of the above amusement parks!!!!!
    
    Premier also owns 5 water parks -- but these are not included in the

    Just some other info:  If you buy your Premier season pass at Riverside
    it is $42.95 (but only if you buy 4 or more).  Individual passes are
    $47.95.  These prices are only good until Memorial Day when they
    increase.  You can also buy a $15 parking pass.  Their passes can be
    bought thru Stop and Shop and Ticketmaster, as well as at the park
    itself.
    
    On the other hand, if you buy your season pass at Darien Lake it would
    only be $34.99 single/$119.99 for 4 thru Memorial Day.  Great Escape,
    on the other hand is charging $99.99 single / $359.96 for four thru
    Memorial Day when they increase to $129.99 (no price break for buying 4
    or more).  
    
    All these passes are 'the same' in that they allow you access to all of
    the 11 Premier Parks.

    Per the Premier Rep I spoke with the season pass is indeed good at the
    water parks of "White Water Bay" (OKC), "Waterworld, USA" & "Concord"

      Anyone else ride the Mind Eraser at Riverside yet, and if so what
    did you think of it..?
    
      I've ridden it once, and thought it looks scarier then it seemed. The
    loops went by quick, and I barely noticed them. The tripple corkscrew
    was probably the best thrill part, and even that wasn't scary.....

    Just curious, did you hit your head at all during the ride?  And did
    you sit near the front or the back?
    
    Haven't been on Riverside's yet (it keeps raining!), but have been on
    Darien Lake's.

       I was actually near the center (didn't want to be there, but thats
    where I ended up..). I don't remember hitting my head...(or did it
    just get hit too hard ? :^))
    
       What did you think of the one at Darien Lake ?? 
    
       I have a season pass to Riverside, so I'm sure I'll be going

    I rode in the next to the last row at Darien.  Thought it was kinda
    typical for this style of ride.  A little head jostling and one really
    rough transition.  Darien has water/fog type jets that spray you a
    little.  Does Riverside's?
    
    And I've got a season pass too!   I wish it would stop raining long
    enough on the weekends for me to use it! :^)
