I am trying to locate a restraunt in Waltham that is suppose to be
great but of course I don't have the name correct - I thought it was
something like "R Place". Any one know where it is or any comments???

Yes, it is R Place. It is located in the previous location of Il
Capriccio. The address is: 53 Prospect Street (between Vermont and
Charles Streets) in Waltham.
I recommend it although it has been a while since I was there.

Chef Russell Thiel is developing a loyal following for
his funky New
American dishes served in the former site of
ever-popular Il
Capriccio. Recent menu highlights included Maine crab
chowder with
sweet corn and red pepper, hickory-smoked
chicken-and-bee
quesadillas with avocado salsa, and almond-crusted
salmon with
citrus-ginger couscous and a Pinot Noir-basil sauce.
I think they meant "chicken-and-bee_F_" above... :-)
