| Is is not a free upgrade, however he can trade it a frame and get
a new one for a very resonable price. However you may ask the shop
if there is a difference on what type of frame you trade in. I think
it would be better to give them some junky huffy, then sell your
old cannondale frame privately.

| Be real cautious on trading in something as valueless as a Huffy. Mine
happens to pass Cannondales like they were in reverse ! Those fat
tubes must act like air brakes... ;) There is nothing more pitiful than
the face of a Cannondale rider when they are passed by ... Mister Huffy.
It's Monday... Forgive me... I'll leave now.

| I checked into this as a "crash replacement" policy. Cannondale will give you
credit towards the LIST PRICE of the frame, in my case, ~$800. The same frame
was on sale for about $429 at Wheelworks. BE CAREFUL.

| C-Dale v. Huffy... Clearly a case of a better motor.

| For those of you who are investigating the Cannondale trade-in program
(which they seem to run this time year, every year), a shop told me
the customer can trade in anything to get the trade-in price.
I assume it is most intelligent to get some beaten up kids bike and
hand that over rather than a frame with some real value.
Let the jokes continue
