| A bunch of us ride 20-25 miles in 00:58 to 1:15 every day at lunch (from ZKO).
How fast is your 8 year old? I guarantee an improvement...
;-)

p.s. No mountain bikes allowed. In all seriousness, roadies are more than
welcome. MWF are hammer days, TTh are moderate/spin days. 11:30am from the ZK3
lots ...

| Tim,
I may bring my road bike one day and join you. Its just that I'm not in good
shape this early in the season.

| For those of you who aren't necessarily up to the pace Tim mentions
there are several other groups that ride out of ZKO at around the same
time that are always open to new riders. Same routes, same distances,
just slower speeds.
The rides go out of ZK3.

| It's true, there are other groups of people going. I *AM* capable of riding
slowly when it's in my training. I'm racing this year, so the pace will be a
bit higher than it was last year. The T/Th days are your best bet if you'd like
to try us out. If I'm present, I'll make sure you don't get dropped or lost (if
the latter is your concern and you know where you are, feel free to drop
yourself.) I don't recommend MWF for beginners.
