         The Minuteman Road Club/Spoke & Wheel Racing Team

			    presents a

		   Mountain Bike Skills Clinic.


When:	Sunday, November 12, 1995 (raindate: Nov 19, 1995)
	Starts at 10:00am - ends around 12:00pm

Where:  Callahan State Park, Framingham, MA.

Why: 	To improve your knowledge and skills for riding offroad.

Who: 	You - and anybody else with a mountain bike and a helmet.

	This is not a contest or a hardcore workout. Just a presentation
	and demonstration of riding skills, including some easy riding.
	All abilities are welcome. And it's FREE!

What:	to bring? You, your MTB, an ANSI/Snell helmet, and warm clothes.
	Complimentary PowerBars to all participants. Plus, the opportunity
	to demo the latest offroad bikes from Proflex and Gary Fisher.


Directions:

	From Rte 9:
	Take Rte 9 to the Edgell Rd. exit. Follow Edgell Rd (North) to
	Belnap Rd. Go left onto Belnap and follow to Millwood St. Go right and
	follow for about 1/2 mile. Parking is on the left.

	From Rte 20 (Marlboro):

	Take Rte 20 East to Hagar St (South). Follow for about 1/2 mile and
	bear right onto Nixon Rd. Follow to Edmunds Rd and make a left. Make
	your 1st right onto Grove St, then your next right onto Winch St,
	then next left onto Millwood St. Parking is 100 yds down on
	your right.

	Alternate directions from Marlboro:
	From Marlboro, take Rte 20 East. Take a right onto Farm Rd (just
	past the movie theater and Mobil station). Go past the airport, and
	take a left onto Broad Meadow Rd (just past the Creamery ice cream
	stand). Bear right at the fork (onto Parmenter Rd). Follow Parmenter
	Rd (about 2 miles) to Grove St, and make a right. Take the next right
	onto Winch St, and the next left onto Millwood St. Parking is 100 yds
	down on your right.
