    Hi.
    
    I'm looking for interested road cyclists at the ALF facility interested
    in lunch and post work training rides. I've lost all my riding buddies
    to TFSO and other forms of attrition. 
    
    I ride 20-30 mile rides after work and 10-12 mile lunch rides at 20mph
    avs.
