Anyone here knowledgeable about Raleigh Technium Road Frames? I noticed some older notes regarding bonded frame failures but what I'm looking for is more general info. The frame I was looking at has no model nomeclature on it, only the Raleigh name and Easton E7 decals. Info I'm looking for is: -how do I determine the model (or was there only one frame with bonded Easton tubes)? -where does this model fit in their road frame lineup -approx. weight -frame geometry [EOB] Thanks, rob

I bought one a number of years ago, which had a failure where the right chain stay was welded to the drop-out a year ago. (i.e. not a bonding failure) The model I had was a low end, but I don't remember the numbers. They replaced it with a PRO frame, which has E9 tubes. Rich | |||||

correction to my base note... the frame has E9 main tubes, not E7. But it's not labelled a PRO. rob |
