Can someone provide information on bicycling in Spain?

What are your recommendations with regard to the following:

  o The Regions
  o The terrain
  o The scenery
  o The weather

Specifically, I would like your input on these regions;

  o Cantabria
  o Pyrenees
  o Costa Brava and/or Andalusia
  o Asturias
  o Bay of Biscay
