But who has a week to watch it? :-)

| Bob,
No, see, uh, Shermer and some officials did the filming.
Then, they edited the tape to be about 60 minutes long.
So, you don't need a week to see it. Just an hour, plus
you get to eat like a RAAM rider.

| Are you sure it isn't a copy of the CBS tape? I bought that from
Shermer and watched it Monday while on the wind trainer.
Well, actually I only watched enough to get Lon from Santa Monica
to Pa. (1st hr+) I'll get the other 10 minutes today and then start
on 1984. :-)

| Ed,
Never heard of, or saw, a CBS tape.

| Hmmm, well if you want to borrow it ...
And it's not a bootleg copy either, it has all of the segment
markers that don't get on the air like "WWOS RAAM Segment 2 5:48".
Monday I watched 1983 up to the point where Shermer dropped out
at the Ohio border. I won't spoil it and tell you how it finishes
but today I watched the end of that and started on 1984.
Watching a bike video does make wind training easier :-)

| Well, we had a great turnout. In fact, we ran outa food just
before the last couple people walked in. So, we did some
scrambling (not eggs) back in the kitchen and made up some
more sauce and pasta.
Since I didn't know how to set up the industrial-strength
dishwasher from Hobart's (from my home town), two of us
washed all the dishes, etc., by hand. Oh, my aching back.
If you were there, thanks for your support. If you weren't
there, you missed some great food.
It musta been 50 degrees F when I left at 10 PM.
