   What is Triplan?

   Triplan is an endurance sport training utility.  Triplan runs on all PCs
   installed with Windows 3.1.  Triplan is suitable for:

   o Cyclists
   o Swimmers
   o Runners
   o Canoeists
   o Rowers
   o Cross-country skiers
   o Triathletes and duathletes

    Triplan helps you to schedule your races and analyse your training data so 
    that you 'peak' at the right time.  Triplan lets you:

   o Highlight races and training sessions on the Triplan calendar.

   o Log training and race data.  

   o Draw a pie chart showing time spent training at each exercise level

   o Draw a pie chart showing the time spent training in each activity

   o Draw bar charts of body weight and resting heart rate

   o Plot line charts of race times

Installation

Copy the following files to a PC diskette:

SIEVAX::SIE$PUBLIC:[TRIPLAN]TRIPLAN.EXE
SIEVAX::SIE$PUBLIC:[TRIPLAN]TRIPLAN.DAT
SIEVAX::SIE$PUBLIC:[TRIPLAN]TRIPLAN.HLP

Insert the diskette into your PC. 

At the DOS prompt, change your directory to the drive in which your diskette is
in.  This is normally the A: drive, so type:

        A:

and hit the return key.  Now type:

        WIN A:TRIPLAN

and hit the return key again.  After a few seconds you should see the Triplan
calendar on your screen.  For more information , use the on-line help, or
print out the following Postscript file:

    I am having a problem manipulating the TRIPLAN.EXE file in DOS.  I was
    able to SPOOL COPY it under VMS but when I try to KERMIT it to my PC I
    get PARITY errors.
    
    Can you put another copy in the directory.....

 You need to run FIX512 then KERMIT the file, this should clean the file. 
You can get FIX512 from the DARTSTORE.
