    I am new to the Kanata area and am looking for some good
    MTB trails in the area. Any suggestions?
    Also...bike shop locations would be helpful.

	You will definately find some very good Mountain Bike trails up in the Gatineau Park near Camp Fortune ski-hill. There is all kinds of terrain for beginners right through to the more advanced. A map can be picked up at any of the local bicycle or outdoor shops for $3. I recommend this on your first few trips up, otherwise you will be returning along the same routes that you have travelled. The Camp Fortune Ski area is about a 35 minute drive from Kanata. Lots of hills to keep the heart going. Greg DTN 633-3775
