Yup I wanna do it this year, it appears to start in Paxton at the VFW

average pace and times are so I can train, especially since I only have
about 5+ weeks to get ready. Rich any input??

As I recall Kevin Klasman broke 5 hours on it, without wheelsucking.
Depending on you speed it's a pretty easy route to do in 6 or 7 hrs
    if you've done centuries before,

    I don't remember the route.

The Seven Hills Wheelmen century is on Sunday, September 19th. It is
the same route that we used last year, going up into Southern New
Hampshire and by Annet State Park. Average pace is whatever you want
to ride at - last year the times varied from 6:25 to 10:00+ for the 100
miles. Start time is listed as 8:00 AM, but you can start earlier or
    slightly later.

Whoops, the course has changed since KK did his sub-5. Is
there any "support" for the $$? Like food somewhere along the route?

(other than the usual road kills that is. :-))

There is a checkpoint with food & such in Annett State Park (NH), at about the
60 mile mark. There is also food at the start/end.

I do the Seven hills century every year with a few friends.

I thought last years course was really nice. There were a few
pretty good hills but no major climbs. We had a group of about 7-8
people with 3 of us doing most of the pulls. If I remember correctly we
finished in around 5:20. We all measured the distance to be more like 104
miles. The rest stop is in a nice shaded state park area with bathrooms
available. Doing centuries instead of racing is a lot of fun. There is no
sense of competition and things are so relaxed.

Well, I haven't seen it exactly, but this is what I've been told by the person
who put it together: It's much flater. It goes as far east as Concord, with
some of it North and South of the start point in Sterling. It's mainly on back
roads, which people may or may not recognize as having ever ridden on before.
There probably are more turns than there have been in the past.

The ride is Sunday September 25. Starting times are: 100 mile - 8:00 AM
							50 mile - 9:00 AM
							25 mile - 10:00 AM
(suggested only, just to ease load on registration).

The start is at the Chocksett Inn in Sterling, about 1/4 mile south of the
interchange between Rtes I190 & 12.
