Does anyone know what the technical differences are between Micro-drive

Thanks-

Basically they use less teeth on the chainrings and cogs to give
roughly the same gear ratios as normal drive while saving weight. The
tradeoff (isn't there always a catch?!) is that they wear somewhat
faster. Suntour had a breakage problem with the cassettes early on due
to not getting the hardness correct, but they've resolved that.
Smaller gears, less weight, slightly greater wear.
