The American Lung Association of New Hampshire (ALANH) has scheduled it's Spring Bike Trek, officially the Clean Air Challenge, for April 30-May 2. This year there are two trekking options. For those eager for a beautiful two day ride, the Sat and Sun option will give you a scenic two-day tour of the coastline of Maine and New Hampshire. The ride starts Saturday morning at Wallis Sands State Beach and follows the coastline to Ogunquit, Maine. On Sunday, the group returns to Wallis Sands via the Maine countryside to a great finsh line beachside cookout. For those who can take advantage of the three day event, Friday offers a incredible one day ride through Coastal New Hampshire culminating in a magnificent ride along Rt 1A into Portsmouth. What's included - Dinners and Breakfasts Overnight accomodations ( Sat for 2-day ride, Fri/Sat for 3-day) Finish line cookout Clean Air Challenge long sleeve T-shirt Truck to carry your gear Repair, medical and communications support Refreshments along the route Clearly marked course with daily maps Fabulous fundraising prizes (gift certificates from Performance) Help with Fundraising A great weekend adventure!
