    I have copies of the USCF 1993 New England race schedule.   Major
    change is that Tour de Lowell is cancelled.  Also have the lengthy
    upgrade procedure.   ESD (in Dallas) will keep track of all top 10
    finishes in "qualified" races in the US.   There will be a must
    upgrade and must downgrade points schedule.  After 1993, all upgrades
    must go through Colorado rather than District Rep.
