    I just heard about this incentive program going on in Carlisle, MA to
    encourage children to ride with helmets on.
    
    The police stop children who are wearing helmets and give them a gift
    certificate for ice cream at the local ice cream place!  Great idea.
    
    Having recently taken that spill in Montreal, I can't say more about
    wearing a helmet.  If I hadn't had it on, as someone so aptly put it,
    they'd be spoon feeding me jello today!
