    I just visited the Chelmsford Cyclery looking for a bike for my wife -
    who is a novice.  The salesperson was really pusing the Trek 700 for
    $310.
    	Being a novice myself in the biking arena, I was wondering if this
    was a good brand/make, model, price and if it's a good store to buy
    from?  Is there another comparable model I should look at?  I really
    don't want to spend more than $300.  I know, 100 questions in one, but
    I hope you have some good answers waiting for me!  Thanks in advance!
