| Picked up USA Today. Looks like Lance Armstrong took a stage
in the TdF, hmmm...
Looks like he is a little under three minutes behind the leader,
but is considering dropping out (fear of burn-out). That is all
I could glean from U.S. coverage.

In the latest Velo News, Lance says he will ride through the
Alps and then drop out. Current thinking is that 21 is too
young to go out and punish your bod for three weeks.
I guess we'll see.

| In an interview with his coach he stated that Lance is there for the
experience. Even Lance stated he wasn't there to compete (per se), but
to gain more experience in European racing and THE race itself. It was
never planned for him to do the whole thing.
