    I apologize for not replying to you all before now, but I 'lost' the
    note file when it moved and just figured out (with some help) how to
    get back to it.
    
    Anyway, I'd like to thank the folks who replied to my original note
    regarding my 10 year old son, and his desire to purchase a new bike.
    
    First, he decided on the Schwinn Frontier ( to reply 2076.3, it HAD to
    be new since he was buying it himself). This bike just 'felt better'
    than all the others when he tried them on.
    Second, he decided to buy it from Chelmsford Cyclery ( to Dick...we
    were both pleased with the help and patience we recieved) We must have
    gone to the shop 6 times before actually deciding, and there was never
    a loss of patience with our ENDLESS questions!
    Finally (to both Barry and Dick)...Yes, dad bought the helmet...and,
    he NEVER even thinks about getting on the bike without it. My plan was
    to connect the helmet with the bike. That is, they go
    together...ALWAYS!!! (now I just have to convince him to wear it when
    he rides his 'old' bike)
