    On Sunday, Sept.15 I will be leading a ride for the Seven Hills
    Wheelmen. The ride is open and anyone is welcome to join us. The
    only requirement is that you wear a helmet.
    
    This is the same ride I lead last September. See notes 1714.18 and
    1714.35 for more details.
    
    Date: Sunday, Sept.15
    Time: 9am
    Distance: about 35 miles
    Course: its not flat but its not continuous hills
    Starting place: Parking lot of DEC Mt. Royal facility - intersection
                     of Rt.495 and Rt.20
    Directions: From Rt.495(either direction) take the Rt.20 West exit.
                     Go to the first traffic light and make a U-turn.
                     Parking lot entrance is just past the Exxon station.
