Thanks for alerting us to this. I live in the area and use that
bridge a *lot* on my rides. I've drafted a letter to Mr. Cyr and
it'll be in the mail tomorrow.

| That's an amazing bit of news. I'm a member of the Granite State Wheelmen,
there must be 1000 or more members, so I'll work to get them organized to
protest this.

1901.3 | Great.. | SOLVIT::DESMARAIS | | Tue Apr 16 1991 08:22 | 9 |
| I sent him a letter and he responded that there wasn't enough interest
so it will be good for him to find out there is... The Town of
Litchfield wanted bike and pedestrian access but..
If you could get the Granite State Wheelmen to make the State aware
that people do ride bikes and it is more than just a few it would
be great..
Could you send me more info about the Granite State Wheelmen?

1901.5 | What DOT told me | NOVA::FISHER | US Patent 5225833 | Fri Oct 15 1993 08:43 | 5 |
| When the Sagamore bridge is finished it will not have bicycle access.
There will be another bridge suspended from it that will allow both
pedestrian and bicycle access.
