Hi there,
The following is a shameless plug for a lecture/seminar to be
held in Western Massachussetts at S.T.A.R.T. (Sports Therapy
for Athletic Rehabilitation and Treatment)
"TRAIN SMARTER WITH HANK LANGE"
Hank Lange is a nationally known endurance coach and
contributor to Bicycling, Super Fit, and Triathlon
Today magazines. Hank will explain his "Train Smarter"
not harder program to cyclists, runners, biathletes,
and triathletes. Also, Hank will discuss:
o Pitfalls to avoid in training.
o Practical pointers on racing and training.
o How to not only survive, but thrive in training
o Awareness exercises for performance enhacement.

Does the $10.00 include the plane flight from Toronto to Boston? :=)
Just kidding - I'd love to go but distance is prohibative. Do you think
that some Decie who attends could post the gist of some of Hanks ideas
here after the talk??

| I'd go but I had arranged to spend "a few" weeks in So Cal and so
will have to miss it.

I will check into the possibility of videotaping the seminar.
Audio cassette recording is another possible option.
Either way, I will post Hank's major points in this file.
