      Here's an easy one... Who knows the best way to put new brake
     shoes into the housings. I used a hammer this weekend... Worked

	next time try alcohol or your womans hair spray. It acts as lub. and when it dries it acts like glue. this also works on hand grips and fred bars (triathalon bar).
