1594.0. "Wanted" by SIOUXI::ALEXANDER () Fri Jun 15 1990 16:16

    Sponsores for New England Countryside Challenge MS 150 Bike Tour.

    Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic, progressive disease of the central
    nervous system which strikes young adults in the prime of life. It can
    run the range of disabilities from blurred vision to total paralysis.

    A quarter of a million Americans have MS, and 200 new cases are
    diagnosed every week. In Massachusetts alone, thousands of individuals
    and their families are affected by this disease. Each mile that I ride
    will raise funds for national research and provide support services to
    individuals in Massachusetts affected by MS. Your participation will
    provide many beneficial programs, and most importantly will provide
    hope for those individuals affected with this disease.

    The bike tour is a 2-day 150 mile event beginning on 7/14. I am
    looking for pledges of one time donations. If you would like to
    help out MS, pleae make checks out to National Multiple Sclerosis
    Society and send them to the following address.
