| Titanium is one of the exotic frame building materials. However one could say
its the best material, it does not rust, its hard to bend, and it does
not fatigue. However the Titanium frame does give a diferent ride. I purchased
a Merlin Titanium this spring and the ride can be wild.
The bike I ride has an IRD Titanium fork also. With this combo the bike is
very quick and responsive and is taking some getting used to. It is much less
forgiving than the steel bikes will be, yet the way the frame will rebound
can be a great asset when you learn how to control it. I would recommend
a Merlin over any of the other Titanium bike due to the fact that Merlin
has the BEST track record in producing production runs of well made frames.
One word of caution, custom titanium bikes cost lots of $$$$$$$$$$.

In the latest Mountain Bike Action, Cambria Bicycle Outfitters has
the YETI ULTIMATE with XT-STI for $1,895 and XC-PRO for $2,095.
You can upgrade any component they have a nice selection to choose from
top of the line everything. I've been dreaming about the YETI ULTIMATE
lately myself but my wife would hang me by you know what if I dropped
another $2000 on a bike this year, I spent that on my road bike last
year anyway good luck on your venture.

| I bought "BRIDGESTONE" ATB as a result. It is not MB-0. Alloy bike.
I think it is only sold in Japan. It has beautiful fillet, made sexy
line like Ritchey P-23. I have got satisfaction without price.
It is enough $ to buy YETI !
I have not known My wife is so terrible !
thanks, Tomas and Joe.
