Is there anyone in ZK who has a 1990 BUYERS GUIDE that they would like to
let me borrow or pay for? I think it's too late to find it in the
stores anywhere.
I'm looking to buy a new bike for under $500 ( preferably $400 ). I'd
like one that does well on dirt roads, as well as paved ones. It looks
like I may need a mountain/touring combo bike, but I'd like to see what's
available before shopping.

Funny you should ask. I made a coupla copies of the info
in BICYCLING. You can have the info.
I'm not in ZK, but I live down the road about 1� miles.
